Organizers of the Penn Relays, a WACT Silver event taking place from April 25-27, have unveiled the lineup for the men’s 800m race, featuring competitors from seven different countries.
Leading the pack with the fastest personal best of 1:44.31 is Kenyan athlete Festus Lagat. He will be accompanied by his fellow countryman Noah Kibet, alongside Kyle Langford from Great Britain, Navasky Anderson from Jamaica, Sho Kawamoto from Japan, Luis Peralta from the Dominican Republic, and Americans Sam Ellis, Vincent Crisp, and Luciano Fiore.
Additionally, Spaniard Mario Garcia Romo is set to compete in this distance for only the second time in his career, adding an element of anticipation to the event.
