Ronald Levy, 2019 IAAF Diamond league 110m hurdles runners-up, said he’s going into World Championships without fear.
Levy ran 13.31 for second in the men’s 110m hurdles, won by Orlando Ortega 13.22.
“I came here to win that diamond, but it is what it is,” said Levy, whose personal best is 13.05.
“It was definitely awesome to run here, but it is not the result I hoped for,” he continued.
However, the Commonwealth Games champion now turns his attention to Doha 2019.
“I go for a medal in Doha. I am not afraid of the other competitors because my biggest rival is myself,” he explained.
Jamaica’s Omar McLeod is the defending champion.
Levy is also the 2018 Continental Cup silver medal winner.
