Ramone Barnswell, Roneisha McGregor and Shimayra Williams were the top performers at the MVP Time Trial meet at Jamaica College Ashenheim Stadium on Saturday, January 15.

Barnswell clocked 6.70 seconds (+1.0W) to come out on top in the men’s 60m. He clocked 6.83 in the first round.
Conroy Jones’ 6.85, a new personal best, put him in 2nd place. 19-year-old Sanjay Salmon was timed in 6.76 and 6.83 seconds on the day.
In the women’s final, 400-meter runner Roneisha McGregor posted 7.26 seconds (+0.5W) over Under-18 Alana Reid, who clocked 7.29.
In the heats, sprint hurdler Shimayra Williams ran 7.2 seconds (+0.7W) to be among the day’s fastest.
