Yuki Koike wins sprint double

Yuki Koike achieved a sprint double at Japan Corporate Championships in 10.19 (-0.5m/s wind) and 20.55 (+2.9m/s wind).

As usual fast distance races, Richard Yator 27:44.51 over Bernard Koech 27:44.80 and Charles Kamau 27:45.23 in the 10,000m.

Justus Soget won the 5000m in 13:17.21 ahead of Ryuma Aoki 13:21.81 and Jonathan Ndiku 13:22.00 (won also steeple in 8:25.94).

In women 5000m, Judy Jepngetich 14:57.55 over Lebekka Muwangi 14:57.90 and Naomi Mussoni 14:58.15 with Kaede Hagitani 14:59.36.

Joanne Kipkemoi won women steeplechase in 9:33.42.

Fuga Sato won the men’s 400m in a time of 45.84. Seika Aoyama won the women’s 400m with a time of 52.60.

Taio Kanai clocked 13.48 (+1.1m/s) in the 110m hurdles, Masaki Toyoda 49.75 in the 400m hurdles.

Tomohiro Shinno cleared 2.22m in the high jump and Kosei Takekawa with Takuma Ichikawa 5.50m in the pole vault.

Winners of the 5000m walk were, Eiki Takahashi 19:14.42 and Kumiko Okada 21:24.95.
