FAYETTEVILLE, USA – Bahamian superstar Shaunae Miller-Uibo will make her 2021 debut at this weekend’s American Track League, the second in the series, in Fayetteville on Sunday (31 Jan).
Miller-Uibo is down to contest the 200m. Her best goes back to 2013 with 23.26.
Jamaican Odean Skeen will run the men’s 60m at the event.
Chanice Porter, another Jamaican in the meet, faces Rio 2016 Olympic Games champion Tianna Bartoletta in the women’s long jump.
Ryan Crouser again will star in the shot put. He is in world record shape from last weekend’s American Track League Meet 1.
World champion at 800m Donavan Brazier plans to attack fast time in the 600m. He is the all-time best holder with 1:13.77 from the US Indoors in Staten Island 2019.
Clayton Murphy, Bryce Hoppel and Kenyan Michael Saruni should provide a great men’s 800m race.
Olympic medalist Sandi Morris will open the season in the pole vault.

I hope Skeen can stay healthy this year because this youth has some speed just been plagued with injuries
