Richard Thompson and Samantha Henry-Robinson were 60m finals at Friday's LSU Twilight Indoor meet here at the LSU Field House, Baton Rouge, USA.

Olympic medalist Thompson of Trinidad and Tobago won his 60m race in 6.66secs ahead of Keston Bledman 6.67 and Jamaican long jumper Damar Forbes 6.76. Forbes also, on the day, won his pet event, the men's long jump with 7.73m.

In women 60m, Samantha Henry-Robinson achieved 7.26 ahead of compatriot Sheri-Ann Brooks 7.39 (7.32 in heats). Specialist at 200m Kimberlyn Duncan got in her race 7.35.
 
Jamaican 400m hurdler Nickeisha Wilson won the 60m hurdles in 8.19 ahead of Yvana Hepburn-Bailey, who was credited with the same time. The photo finish, however, showed Wilson 8.181 to 8.187. Wilson had earlier ran 8.22 to qualify.

Jamaican Richard Phillips was 4th in the men's 60mH with 8.08secs. The event was won by Joshua Thompson of LSU in 7.87. Jamaican Shanice Hall, representing LSU, won the women's high jump with a clearance of 1.74m.
