The Saint Lucia Athletics Association has named an eight-member team to represent the nation at the CARIFTA Games in Basseterre, St Kitts and Nevis.

The event, set for Easter weekend, April 2-6, 2015, will have six field athletes and only two track athletes making up the St. Lucia team.

On the track, Kamillah Monroque will contest the girls 3000m Run Open while Ibed Sealy will contest the boys Under-18 800m.

Uric Mathurin will line-up in the boys Octathlon Open.

In the throws, Rochelle Etienne will take part in the Under-18 Shot Put and Javelin Throw. Denzel St Marthe will also be in the javelin.

Danny Francois will compete in the Discus Throw for Under-18 boys. Amber Lucien is also down for the discus throw.

Ace Louis will start in the Under-20 boys high jump.
