HOUSTON, Texas – The Howie Ryan Invitational saw fast sprint times as Murielle Ahoure improved her world lead at the 60m to 7.03 ahead of Michelle Lee Ahye of Trinidad 7.15, Tahesia Harrigan-Scott 7.20 and Muna Lee 7.22.
In the men 60m, Moscow 100m finalist Mike Rodgers opened with 6.54 ahead of Zambian Gerald Phiri 6.58.
Jamaicans Patricia Hall and Eroll Nolan were also winners at the meet.
In the women's 400m, Hall (Elite Performance TC) won in a time of 23.63secs, ahead of Ngozi Onwumere (Houston) 24.38.
Noland (UNAT-Houston) won the men's 200m in 21.56 ahead of Kameron Cowan (Grambling) 21.60).
Carline Muir (Pure Athletics) won the women's 400m in 56.49 ahead of Reyna Anderson (North Texas) 57.30.
Clinton Collins (North Texas) topped the men's 400m in 48.23 ahead of Jamael McTear (Grambling) 48.90.
