KINGSTON, Jamaica – World Youth 200m champion Michael O’Hara is not listed on the preliminary entry list for this weekend’s Jamaica Junior Championships.

O'Hara, who is also the Carifta Games Under-20 200m champion, was missing from the preliminary entry-list, which was made available on Thursday morning. He ran 10.34 for joint 4th at the last JAAA All-Comers Meet (7 June) in heat 11 of the men's 100m, won by Yohan Blake.

In the email, the JAAA Director of Records, Ewan Scott, stated, “Please peruse the PRELIMINARY LISTING and check to verify that you/your athletes are correctly entered in their respective events and under their correct age groups.  If there are any corrections, please send an email as soon as possible before the seeding is done.”

Holmwood Technical High's 19-year-old sprinter Chanice Bonner, who was apart of Jamaica's Carifta Games team in April, and Camira Haughton, who helped Jamaica to gold in the women's Under-20 4x400m at Carifta Games in April, are also missing from the start-list.

Meanwhile, Edwin Allen's Saqukine Cameron, a finalist at last year's World Youth Championships, was incorrectly entered in the girls' Under-18 100 and 200m events. Cameron helped Jamaica to gold in the women's 4x100m at April's Carifta Games in Martinique.

The entry-list also incorrectly placed quarter-miler Yanique McNiel, a first year Class 1 athlete from Vere, in the Under-18 400m.
