MOSCOW – Two-time Olympic champion and world record holder in the women pole vault Yelena Isinbayeva was awarded by "Faith and Allegiance" International Prize established by Andrey Pervozvaniy Foundation.
She has been selected by the Fund’s Committee because of uncompromising stand in life, and loyalty to the fair play principles.
During the awarding ceremony, Isinbayeva noted that she used to win awards only for sports achievements but now she has been recognized for her social activities for the first time.
