LINZ, Austria – Justin Gatlin clocked another fast time 9.82 (-0.1) this time at Monday's (14 July) The Gugl Games, one of the EA Area Permit meetings.

Gatlin's time is a new Stadium record and second best time this season behind his 9.80 from Lausanne. Mike Rodgers followed with a season best 9.92.

The other three top names, Ryan Bailey 10.12, Nesta Carter 10.13 and Kim Collins 10.14 rounded off the top five finishers.

A tie was the result in women 100m for South African Carina Horn and Jamaican Carrie Russell 11.21 (0.0). 

Other sprint wins for US athletes, Sean McLean in the 200m 20.41 (0.0, equaled his PB) and James Harris in the 400m 45.33 over Bahamian Demetrius Pinder 45.50 and Calvin Smith 45.54. 

Trinidad and Tobago´s Mikel Thomas 13.42 (-0.1) over the sprint hurdles beat World Indoor champion Omo Osaghae 13.45.

Bahraini Kemi Adekoya won the 400m hurdles in 55.15, beating Jamaicans Shevon Stoddard 55.82 and Nickiesha Wilson 55.88.
 
American Will Claye won the long jump with his season best 8.19m (+0.5) over US Mike Hartfield, who for the third time in his career jumped his best 8.15 (+1.0). 

World indoor champion Nia Ali is coming back to shape with 12.80 (-0.1) season best over Lavonne Idlette of Dominican Republic 12.86 and Jasmin Stowers 12.90.
