Felix Wins Great North City Games 150m

American Allyson Felix won her first race in over a year at the Great North City Games in Stockton, the UK on Saturday (7 Sept).

Felix, who gave birth late last year, powered to victory in the women’s 150m street race. Her time was 17.37s.

Britain’s Ashleigh Nelson, 17.42 and Beth Dobbin, 17.49 took the minor places.

Richard Kilty won the men’s 100m in 10.57secs.

Nethaneel Mitchell-Blake’s time of 15.43secs edged out Harry Aikines-Aryeetey and Kilty; both timed in 15.50s.
