Elaine Thompson wins the women's 100m final in 10.71 ahead of Simone Fcaey 11.04 and Jura Levy 11.06

The Doha Diamond League provisional entry lists are now available and Olympic Games champions Omar McLeod and Elaine Thompson are among the stars down for action on May 4.

McLeod, who has a personal best of 20.49 done last month, will go up against a stronger field, which includes Olympic Games silver medallist Andre De Grasse (CAN), World champion Ramil Guliyev (TUR), World silver medallist Jereem Richards (TTO) and Rasheed Dwyer (JAM).

In the women’s 100m dash, Olympic sprint double champion Elaine Thompson (JAM), Jura Levy (JAM), are listed to face-off with Dafne Schippers (NED). Marie-Josee Ta Lou (CIV), Blessing Okagbare-Ighoteguonor (NGR) and Murielle Ahoure (CIV) are also expected to face the starter.

Steven Gardinder (BAH) down for the men’s 400m and will face-off with Isaac Makwala (BOT), Vernon Norwood (USA), Gil Roberts (USA) and Baboloki Thebe (BOT).

Commonwealth Games champion Kyron McMaster (IVB) goes up against Kerron Clement (USA), Bershawn Jackson (USA) and Tasmani Copello (TUR) in the men’s 400m hurdles.

Danielle Williams (JAM) takes on a super women’s 100m hurdles field, which will have Kendra Harrison (USA), Brianna McNeal (USA), Dawn Harper-Nelson (USA), Sharika Nelvis (USA) and Jasmin Stowers (USA).

Jamal Wilson (BAH) is down for the men’s high jump where Essa Mutaz Barshim (QAT) is the big name.
