Usain Bolt has pulled out of the men’s 100m final at the Supreme Ventures Jamaica Championships on at the National Stadium in Kingston.

Bolt, who won his semi-final heat in 10.04 seconds ahead of Senoj Jay Givans 10.05, Jevaughn Minzie 10.07 and Dexter Lee 10.14, has also withdrawn from the rest of the meet.

He will miss Saturday’s 200m.

According to information reaching Trackalerts.com, the world’s fastest man has withdrawn with because of a left hamstring problem.

Bolt’s coach Glen Mills later confirmed, “he is finish for the meet. He got hurt then (first round), but he came back and felt it again, so he opted out of the final.”
