Delano Rochester is a former middle-distance athlete who represented Jamaica at the 2014 Carifta Games in Martinique. He is the 2012 Champs 1500m champion, 2013 and 2015 1500m Champs silver medalist. Member of 2015 Kingston College record-breaking 4x800m team at Gibson McCook Relays. He was the 2015 4x800m runner up. He represented UWI Mona at the 2016 Penn Relays, 2016 UWI Spec Half Marathon. He completed his Bachelors of Science in Psychology (2020) at UWI Mona.
