GAINESVILLE, Fla. – Gators sophomore Doneisha Anderson has been named this week’s SEC Women’s Runner of the Week, the league office announced Tuesday (18 Feb).
The recognition comes after her performance during Clemson’s Tiger Paw Invitational last weekend.
The quarter-miler established herself as the NCAA leader in the 400 after posting a time of 52.06 seconds on Friday. Her time ranks sixth in UF’s All-Time Top 10 list, and it is a new personal record for the Bahamian.
