TrackTown USA, COROS Announce Season-Long Performance Technology Partnership

EUGENE, Ore. – TrackTown USA announced today a season-long partnership with COROS as its Official Performance Technology Partner. This collaboration connects two institutions with a shared commitment to excellence and innovation.

As COROS gives athletes a deeper understanding of their training data, this partnership focuses on providing fans with a deeper connection to the athletes who inspire them. Through the partnership’s digital and social media integrations throughout the track and field season, fans will see how COROS technology provides data that shapes the training plans of some of the world’s best athletes. COROS helps athletes train smarter, feel more confident in their insights, and compete at their best on the biggest stages.

Anchored by The Prefontaine Classic, the partnership will bring COROS activations to the Night of Miles at the Pre Classic on the evening of July 2, as well as throughout the world’s premier track and field meet on July 3 and 4.

The partnership brings together two leaders in their respective fields. TrackTown USA has established itself as one of the sport’s premier event organizers, having hosted the 2022 World Athletics Championships in Eugene, multiple U.S. Olympic Team Trials, and several USATF Outdoor Championships. The organization also stages the annual Prefontaine Classic, widely regarded as one of the top meetings on the Wanda Diamond League circuit.

COROS, meanwhile, has become a leading name in performance technology for endurance athletes, combining advanced technology and sports science to develop GPS watches and training tools used by elite competitors and recreational athletes around the world. Through this partnership, both organizations aim to enhance the athlete and fan experience by connecting world-class competition with cutting-edge performance insights.
