Karsten Warholm equalled the world-leading time for the rarely run 300m at the Trond Mohn Games, the final WACT bronze meeting of the season on Saturday (18 Sept) in Bergen, Norway.
Karsten Warholm, the world 400m hurdles record-holder and Olympic champion clocked 32.49, which was two-hundredths outside the PB he ran indoors this year.
World hammer No.4 Eivind Henriksen won his event with 76.38m ahead of Chris Bennett (73.66m).
Beatrice Llano took the women’s event with 65.44m. Henna Hynne (1:26.98) beat Lovisa Lindh (1:27.57) in the 600m.
Denmark´s Simon Hansen topped both sprints in 10.42 (-1.8m/s wind) and 20.71 (-1.0m/s).
In women 300m, PB for Elisabeth Slettum 37.38. Poland´s Klaudia Siciarz won the 100m hurdles in 13.02 (-0.9).
Dutch Yorben Ruiter won the 3000m in 7:57.59. In a close 800m finish, Tom Randolph beat Luke McCann, 1:47.65 to 1:47.66.
