PRETORIA, South Africa – Olympic champion and world 400m record-holder Wayde van Niekerk announced on Twitter his marriage to fiancé Chesney Campbell last weekend.
After getting engaged in December last year, the couple were married on Saturday (28 Oct).
Van Niekerk shared the following pic on Twitter, with the caption “Can’t wait to spend the rest of my life with you @Neshney. So blessed to start this next adventure with the girl of my dreams! I love you!”
The 400m world record holder and Olympic champion also took the silver medal in the Men’s 200m final in the World Athletics Championships in London in August this year.
