Trinidad and Tobago will not sending national teams to the 2015 Penns Relays.
President of Trinidad and Tobago Athletic Federation (NAAA) Ephraim Serrette told TrackAlerts.Com that the association will not be sending teams due to a "lack of funding" and unavailability of "quality athletes."
Serrette, however, said the association will be announcing the teams for the 2nd BTC/IAAF World Relays set for Bahamas on May 2-3 soon.
