DOHA- Quoting from a release by the IAAF, our correspondent EME News informs that exciting days are ahead as two Caribbean athletes face up to strong challenges at the Doha Diamond League opener on May 5.

Double Olympic sprint champion Jamaica’s Elaine Thompson is seeking to continue her dominance over 200m World champion, the Dutch hope, Dafne Schippers over that distance.

In six clashes between them, Schippers won four, included the 2015 World Championships in Beijing.
