Yanique Thompson and Janeek Brown won the female sprint hurdles winners on Sunday’s final day of the 2015 Jamaica Carifta Games Trials at the National Stadium.

Thompson, the World Youth record holder, topped the Under-20n girls 100m hurdles field in 13.63.

Immaculate’s Jeanine Williams, who was right there besides Thompson, a student of GC Foster College, finished second in 13.64.

In the Under-18 section, Brown won in 13.43 ahead of Safiya Thompson of St. Jago 13.45. Nicolee Foster of Holmwood was third in 13.61.
