Bahamians Steven Gardiner and Tynia Gaither along with Jamaican Danniel Thomas-Dodd were winners at Saturday’s (22 Aug) American Track League in Marietta, Gregoria.

Gardiner, the Doha 2019 World 400m champion, topped the men’s 100m in 10.35s.
Cejhae Greene of Antigua and Barbuda finished second in 10.38s and Devin Quinn, 10.41s, ended third.

Gaither’s victory came in the women’s 100m. She ran 11.59 for the top spot.

Thomas-Dodd, the Doha 2019 shot put silver medallist, won her pet event with a throw of 18.65m.

Jamaican Chrisann Gordon-Powell ran 52.75 for fourth place in the women’s 400m.
Americans Courtney Okolo, 51.86, Jessica Beard, 52.40 and Shamier Little, 52.68 were the one-lap top finishers.

Chidi Okezie of Nigeria, 21.15 won the men’s 200m and Trey Holloway, the men’s 110m hurdles in 14.18.

TJ Holmes took the top spot in the men’s 300m hurdles with 35.13.

Kyra Jefferson ran 22.87 to take the women’s 200m while Kiah Seymour won the 300m hurdles in 40.44.
