Bralon Taplin
Bralon Taplin competed in the 400 metres event at the 2015 World Championships in Beijing without advancing from the first round. He switched his allegiance from the United States to Grenada in December 2012

Bralon Taplin clocked a world-leading time of 45.26 in the 400m indoor at the Texas A&M Aggie Twilight at Gilliam Indoor Track Stadium in College Station, Texas on Saturday (16 Feb).

Taplin bettered the previous world-leading time of 45.35 set in Clemson last weekend by Houston’s Obi Igbokwe.

Taplin, who equalled the world-leading 300m time with a 32.49 on Feb. 1, has an indoor best of 44.88 that he set in 2018 on the Gilliam track.

The pair of Nathan Hood & Tallan James (Barton Community College) performed outstandingly at the NJCAA Region VI Indoor Championships in Pittsburg, Kansas on Saturday.

Hood won the 600m (1:18.49) & 1000m (2:29.00). James was 5th in the 800m (1:56.39) & 9th in the 1000m (2:34.87).
