Crystal Morrison and Phillip Lemonious were individual gold medal winners for Jamaica on Saturday’s (6 July) second day of the NACAC U18 and U23 Championships in Mexico.

Three relay teams, 4x100mx, 4x100m U18 and 4x100m U23, also secured gold medals
