SHANGHAI (CHN): Bahamian Olympic 400m champion Shaunae Miller-Uibo and World 200m champion Dafne Schippers will face-off at the Shanghai IAAF Diamond League on May 12.
The distance for both will be the half lap event.
Jamaica’s World and Olympic champion Omar McLeod and Orlando Ortega will feature in the 110m hurdles.
Another Bahamian, World silver medallist Steven Gardiner and Diamond League champion Isaac Makwala will line-up in the men’s one lap event.
New sprint sensation Su Bingtian competes on home soil in the 100m against world champions Justin Gatlin and Ramil Guliyev.
World 100m hurdles record-holder Kendra Harrison will take on Olympic champion Brianna McNeal (formerly Rollins) in the women’s 100m hurdles.
World 800m record-holder David Rudisha will appear in Shanghai for the third time in his event, while Timothy Cheruiyot begins the defence of his Diamond League 1500m title.
