American world 200m champion Noah Lyles enjoyed a very good day at training on Friday 12 June.

Lyles, who won the world 200m title in Doha 2019, shared the good news on social media.

“300m time trial today, 31.51s,” he wrote.

Several fans, including American Rio 2016 Paralympic gold medalist, was one of the first comment.

“Not sure if I want to give you props or be a hater. Ill be back with my decision shortly.
Lyles replied, “Lmk when you do”

Another fan shared an all-time men’s best 300m list, which would put Lyles at 11th place. Wayde van Niekerk 30.81, Michael Johnson 30.83 and Usain Bolt 30.97 are the top three fastest.

Meanwhile, Lyles ran 14.46 in the 150m time trial on the same day.
