LONDON – Yohan Blake said he is working his way back to the top and according to him, wants a similar result like the 2011 Championships in Daegu.
Blake, who won the 100m in Daegu four years ago, qualified for Saturday’s semi-final here in 10.13. He was beaten in his heat by Japanese Abdul Hakim Sani Brown, who ran 10.02
“I just wanted to stay strong and take it round by round. I just want to make people know that ‘Blake’ is up (is getting back to his best),”.
“It is good to be here and I just want to get a similar result to the 2011 (world championships). I’m fit and I’m healthy.”
