The British Virgin Islands’ hurdler Kyron McMaster said he is a more ‘disciplined’ athlete after the 2019 season.
Asked what the most important thing he would have learned from this season, McMaster replied: “Disciplined, how to be more disciplined physically and mentally preparing for Major Championships.”
The 22-year-old said he also learnt “how to follow through the entire season, focus on what’s at hand.”
“Something may be seen going correct into February doesn’t mean you should lose focus towards what’s going to happen in March,” he said.
