Discus throwers Gleneve Grange left a lasting impression in her first outdoor competition for Florida State, winning the discus Friday in dramatic fashion. With a lifetime-best on her sixth and final attempt, Grange beat teammate and fellow Jamaican Kellion Knibb – the three-time defending ACC champion and 2016 NCAA runner-up – with a throw of 56.16 meters (184-3).
