The St. James Parish Council will confer the keys to the city of Montego Bay on Olympian Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce for her outstanding achievement in track and field. The resolution to confer the honour on her was passed on Thursday, February 6th.

The presentation will be made tomorrow during the 36th MILO Western Relays at the Montego Bay Sports Complex where Fraser-Pryce is scheduled to compete.  Mayor Councillor Glendon Harris will read the citation in her honour.

Fraser-Pryce is the reigning World and Olympic champion in the 100M as well as the World Champion in the 200M.  She is 2013 Diamond League winner in the 100M and the 200M as well as the national champion in the 100M and the 200M.

Meet director Ray Harvey was very pleased by this announcement is now making all arrangements for the presentation ceremony during the meet.
