Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce, Allyson Felix and Blessing Okagbare are confirmed for May’s Jamaica International Invitational Meet. The meet, an IAAF World Challenge event, is set for May 9 at the National Stadium in Kingston.
It’s not yet confirm the events for the trio, however, Fraser-Pryce, the two-time Olympic Games 100m champion, will face at least one of her rivals – Felix or Okagbare.
Dawn Harper is confirmed for the women’s 100m hurdles, so too Jamaicans Novlene Williams-Mills and Stephanie McPherson for the 400m.
The event, however, for Kaliese Spencer is yet to be decided on.
Hansle Parchment will run the men’s 110m hurdles and Kirani James, the Olympic Games 400m champion, will face the starter in the pet event.
