KINGSTON, Jamaica – Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce and Nesta Carter are expected to take part in this Saturday's (Jan 31) Queen's/Grace Jackson meet, set for the National Stadium.

Fraser-Pryce, who will defend her World Championships sprint double title in Beijing this summer, is expected to face the starter in the women's 400m. Carter is also expected to take on the one lap event.

World indoor medalist in 4x400m Edino Steele will test his endurance in the 800m.

The events to be contested include the 400m, 800m, sprint hurdles, 200m, 4x400m, triple jump, high jump, shot put, javelin and long jump.

This year's honourees are MVP Track Club president, Bruce James, and Commonwealth Games 400m hurdles gold medallist, Kaliese Spencer, and 200m winner, Rasheed Dwyer.
