Fast times are expected tonight (25 July) as Shaunae Miller-Uibo, Steven Gardiner and Noah Lyles enter day two of USA’s Back to the Track Series in Clermont, Florida.
On Friday, Miller-Uibo and Lyles, delivered with 10.98 and 9.93 to highlight the day.
Later tonight, Miller-Uibo will run the 200m at 7:40 p.m., against Jamaican Natalliah Whyte and Jasmine Camcho-Quinn.
American 17-year-old professional Tamari Davis faces Jessica Beard in her 2.
In the men’s event, Canadian Andre DeGrasse will try to keep up with Lyles in heat 1.
Jamaican Nathon Allen will also start in heat 1.
However, the man to watch will be Bahamian Steven Gardiner, who will run against American Trayvon Bromell in heat 2.
Two other Jamaicans, Senoj-Jay Givans and Nickel Ashmeade, along with Trinidad and Tobago’s Keston Bleadman, will also face the starter.
Britany Anderson has entered for the women’s 100m hurdles. She will go up against twin sisters, Tiffany Porter and Cindy Ofili.
Miller-Uibo’s husband, Maicel, will run the men’s 110m hurdles against America’s Doha 2019 World champion Grant Holloway, and Devon Allen.
