Kayla Davis was a double winner at Saturday’s (19 December) Galleria Games held in Birmingham, Alabama (USA).

Davis was the winner of the 17-18 girls’ 200m dash in 23.92. She beat Jasmine Montgomery, 24.34 and Hannah Douglas, 24.42.
Davis, again, ran away the winner of the 400m event in 55.00 ahead of Hannah Douglas, 55.87 and Hali Murphy, 55.90.

Avery Lewis won the Girls’ 15-16 200m dash in 24.38 ahead of Alyssa Jones, 24.64 and Coleen Branch 24.76.

Jaylen Slade topped the men’s 17-18 200m dash in 21.13 ahead of Logan Popelka 21.60 and Aaron Bell, 21.69.

Trevin Moyer topped the 15-16 boys’ 400m event in 49.66 ahead of Methias Carter, 50.86 and Blaise Atkinson, 51.09

Connor Washington took the 17-18 boys’ 400m event in 48.51 ahead of Ashton Schwartsman, 48.93 and Adam Mason, 49.34.

Shawnti Jackson took top honours in the 15-16 girls’ 400m event in 55.61 ahead of Sydney Harris, 55.90 and Avery Lewis, 57.49.
