BASSETERRE, St. Kitts – Kim Collins won the national title of St. Kitts and Nevis in 9.98.
Aided by a +1.8m/s wind, Collins' time is the fastest ever by a 39 years old sprinter.
The time is also first sub-10 on St. Kitts' soil and means that Collins is back to top events. He qualified so for the World Championships in Beijing.
Antoine Adams 10.03 was second and Brijesh Lawrence, third in 10.15 and Jason Rogers 10.17.
