KINGSTON, Jamaica – The Jamaican media has informed the public that Sebastian Coe, who will be seeking the presidency of the IAAF in August, will be visiting Jamaica this week.
His visit is specifically geared towards assessing the overall state and development of track and field in Jamaica, said a release from the JAAA.
During his stay, he will attend the Ben Francis Invitational scheduled for Saturday.
He is expected to make another visit later in the year at the May 9 Jamaica International Invitational Track and Field Meet.
