Nayoka Clunis' 20.98m throw gave her third in the women's weight throw event

Jamaicans Nayoka Clunis and Ayesha Champagnie will continue their tertiary education at the University of Tennessee.

Both, along with Wayne Pinnock, signed this week Rocky Top.

Clunis, who is the 2020 Big weight throw runner-up, is a two-time NCAA All-American. She represented Minnesota in the 2020 indoor season and earlier Cloud County CC.

Clunis has personal-best marks of 17.18m (shot put), 22.13 (weight), 52.67 (discus) and 64.26 (hammer).

Meanwhile, Champagnie is wrapping up her two-year scholarship at Barton Community College.

The multi-eventer is a six-time NJCAA National champion. She is the 2020 Big pentathlon runner-up and 2019 NCAA heptathlon All-American.

Champagnie, who attended St. Andrew Technical High School in Jamaica, has personal-best marks of 4,155 points (pentathlon), 5,821 (heptathlon) and 49.55m (javelin).
