Sherone Simpson wants to help athletes mentally prepared

Nesta Carter and Sherone Simpson are in Jamaica’s team for the Central American and Caribbean Games in Barranquilla, Colombia.

Track and field action will take place on July 29-31.

Moscow 2013 World Championships bronze medallist Carter, who helped Jamaica to four global 4x100m titles, including one Olympic, is down to contest the men’s 100m.

Simpson, Beijing 2008 Olympic 100m silver medallist, will add experience to the women’s 4x100m team. She helped Jamaica 4x100m teams to gold at the Athens 2004 Olympic Games and Beijing 2015 World Championships.
