KINGSTON, Jamaica – World medallists Yohan Blake and Warren Weir warmed up for trials later this month with victories here on Saturday (Videos below).
Both tasted victories in their pet event, Blake in the 100m and Weir in the 200m at the Jamaica Administrative Athletics Association (JAAA) All Comers Meet at the National Stadium.
Blake won the men's 100m in 10.02 seconds while Weir topped the 200m field in 20.55 seconds.
Anneisha McLaughlin was the winner of the women's 100m in 11.46 while Audra Segree took the 200m in 23.87.
Latoya Greaves was the winner of the women's 100m hurdles in 13.19. Janieve Russell got a personal best 51.48 to top the women's 400m field.
Odane Richards put the shot 20.97m.
The full results from the meet are expected by mid-day Sunday.
