BOSTON – Asafa Powell will open his 2015 season on Saturday (7 Feb) at the 20th New Balance Indoor Games here at the Reggie Lewis Centre.
Powell will face two American sprinters Mike Rodgers and Ryan Bailey.
Trinidad & Tobago’s Michelle-Lee Ahye will battle Tianna Bartoletta, Flings Owuwu-Agyapong and Muna Lee will battle in the women’s 60m.
Olympic pole vault champion Jenn Suhr will look to record her 5th consecutive victory at the meet (and 8th overall), her chief rival will be Greece’s Ekaterini Stefanidi.
