Drumeco Archer wins BAAA elections

Drumeco Archer was elected president of the Bahamas Association of Athletic Associations (BAAA) on Saturday (24 November).

Archer, the secretary general in the previous administration, beat his former president Rosamunde Carey, 41-26 on Saturday morning at the association’s election of officers.

Ravanno Ferguson is the new first vice president after beating Oliver 38-31.

Meanwhile, the new VP of Business Operations is Dawn Johnson while Kermit Taylor was installed as the new VP of Marketing and Public Relations.
