Lyles set for fast 100m in Hungary

SZEKESFEHERVAR (HUN):
World champions Noah Lyles and Daniel Stahl are confirmed for Wednesday`s (19 August) Istvan Gyulai Memorial in Székesfehérvár, Hungary.

Lyles will contest the 100m against fellow sub-10 competitors Akani Simbine from South Africa and Mike Rodgers from the United States.

Stahl goes head-to-head with Lithuania’s Andrius Gudzius in the discus at the World Continental Tour Gold event.

Former two-time world 200m champion Dafne Schippers faces Marie-Josee Ta Lou from the Ivory Coast in the 200m.

Also listed for the event is Switzerland’s Mujinga Kambundji and Bulgaria’s Ivet Lalova-Collio.

  1. Track hasn’t surrendered a fast time yet. Winning time in the men’s 100m might be slower than expected.

    1. Dalton Richardson that’s not true 200 meter guy already on all time list. Are you really a track guy making those kind of statements. Check his age and times compared to all time greats.
