Jamaica big 4 at Prefontaine Classic

Seven Jamaicans, all of them female, will be in action at Saturday’s (21 Aug) Prefontaine Classic, the ninth stop in the Wanda Diamond League Series.

The meeting will stage 15 Diamond League disciplines – the 100m, 200m, 800m, 1500m, 3000m steeplechase, 400m hurdles, high jump and pole vault for women, and the 100m, 200m, 800m, mile, 2 miles, triple jump and shot put for men.
