World 100m champion Fred Kerley has signed a deal with ASICS America, the athletic footwear and apparel company announced on Monday. ASICS America took to its social media pages to share the exciting news.

In their post, ASICS America said, “We are beyond excited to welcome Track & Field superstar @fkerley99 to the ASICS family.
ASICS also reminded fans that Fred won the gold medal in the 100m at the 2022 World Athletics Championships in Oregon and his silver medal at the Tokyo Olympic Games.
“He’s also a two-time Diamond League Champion, and we are just getting started,” the post added.
Kerley, considered one of the fastest men in the world, is thrilled to be joining the ASICS family. “I’m honored to join the ASICS team and be a part of such a respected brand in the world of athletics,” Kerley said in a statement. “I look forward to representing ASICS both on and off the track, and I can’t wait to see what we can accomplish together.”
The 27-year-old American sprinter is expected to compete in the upcoming 2023 World Athletics Championships in Budapest, Hungary, where he will defend his 100m title. Fans eagerly anticipate his performance and are excited to see what he can do while wearing ASICS gear.
The terms of the deal were not disclosed, but it is believed to be a multi-year contract. With this new partnership, Kerley will join other high-profile athletes who endorse ASICS products, including American middle-distance runner Donavan Brazier and Japanese tennis star Naomi Osaka.
