Thompson-Herah, the Olympic Games sprint double champion, won the women’s 200m in 22.75 ahead of MVP Track Club’s Stephenie McPherson, 23.16.

Great Britain’s Zharnel Hughes topped the men’s 200m in 20.56 ahead of his Racers’ training partner Antonio Watson, 20.86.
Jackson ran into an unfavourable -1.8m/s wind to win the 100m final in 11.00secs flat. She beat her MVP’s teammate, Bahamian Anthonique Strachan, 11.40 and Remona Burchell, 11.43.
Oblique Seville ran 10:00 flat to win the men’s 100m, a personal best effort for the Racers sprinter. Kishane Thompson of MVP finished second in 10.21, and Kadrian Goldson of GC Foster College third in 10.24.
Barbadian Sada Williams ran 51.05 to beat her MVP teammate Janieve Russell, 41.26 in the women’s 400m. Anthony Cox was the best in the men’s 400m with 45.75.
Travis Smile threw 66.60m to win the men’s discus.
