Asafa Powell’s 60m opener ended in anticlimax on Saturday’s (27 Feb) at Jamaica Athletics Administrative Association (JAAA) Qualification Trials at the National Stadium.
After three false starts, Powell and the other athletes decided not to take any further part in the event.

@Carlos Olivares you’re right!!! There was just too much competition. Usain Bolt was overshadowing everyone and Blake wasn’t bad either. Also, there were Gatlin and Tyson Gay.
