Usain Bolt has turned down a prospective two-year contract with Maltese champions Valletta FC, informs agencies.
They were hoping to sign the Jamaican ahead of their Maltese Super Cup match against Balzan on December 13.
Usain Bolt is currently on trial at Australian team Central Coast Mariners.
The eight-time Olympic sprint champion marked his first start in professional football with two goals for Central Coast Mariners to beat Macarthur South West 4-0 in a preseason friendly recently.
