The inaugural Ted Dwyer Track and Field Classics will be held on Saturday, January 6, 2018.
The event, in honour of Excelsior Community College (EXCED) Founding Principal Ted Dwyer, will be held at Excelsior High School.
Garth Gayle, Jamaica Athletics Administrative Association (JAAA) General Secretary, is the meet director.
According to information sent to coaches, the organizers said the meet is “to provide valuable early season competition: in the events listed below.
Events down to be contested on the day are 100m, 400m, 800m, long jump, triple jump, high jump, shot put, discus and 4x400m relay.
