A special 60m hurdles event has been added to this year’s 17th staging of the Queen’s/Grace Jackson Meet.
According to meet manager, Olive McNaughton, the organizers would have taken into consideration this year’s IAAF World Indoor Championships in Birmingham, United Kingdom (March 2-4).
The 60m remain on the day’s schedule.
Over 2,400 athletes are expected at the meet, which will see action in 400m, 800m (Classes 1 and senior only), sprint hurdles, 200m, long jump, shot put, discus and high jump.
Photo IDs are required for all high school athletes to compete.
Only four athletes, per event, per class are allowed this year.
